The Combined International Real Estate Company (a closed Kuwaiti shareholding company) was established in 2006. It is considered the real estate arm of the Combined Group Contracting Company and operates in all licensed real estate activities such as: owning, selling, buying and developing real estate inside and outside the State of Kuwait, managing third parties’ real estate and many real estate services.

Projects:

‍Combined international real Estate Company allied itself with Al-Argan international real Estate Company, and this alliance succeeded in winning the J2 project located in Jaber Al-Ahmad residential area on an area of 148,000,000 square meters. The project is expected to open during the year 2024.

Ertah Real Estate Service:

(Ertah) for real estate property management is an additional feature and service provided by the company to real estate owners, real estate portfolio managers and investment funds so that the real estate owner can obtain the rents of his real estate every 3-6 months in advance throughout the contract period.
