The Board of Directors held its meeting on Monday 18/03/2019 at 1:15 pm at the company's head office, Where the following were discussed and approved: 1- Consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31/12/2018, recommended by the Audit Committee of the Company. 2- The Board of Directors recommended to the General Assembly, the distribution of cash dividends of 20% of the nominal value of the share (equivalent to 20 Fils per share).
